⦁ Merchant Support Representative in Shopify which is one of the biggest e-commerce platforms for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems. ⦁ My role was to answer all questions from the merchant/store owner relating to their Shopify account or their Shopify ⦁ We handle all types of concerns from the merchant like account-related concerns eg. billing, Shopify plans, account troubleshooting, Orders Tab. Since Shopify is very broad, we are taught to be familiar with all of the topics that the merchant might ask us and use our Knowledge-Based Tool to provide the correct information. Most of the interactions that I've been receiving is about problems with their store, either the website or their Shopify account itself and I check everything starting from the apps, themes, or codes that they have installed which may have caused the problem and replicating the problem on our end using our test store. ⦁ Would also provide my opinion on what apps are the best to use like Dropshipping, Shipping and Delivery, Invoice, Chat App, Bundles and Discounts, and many more. ⦁ My role is a generalist rather than a specialist.
Reasons for Leaving
The pandemic and the recent typhoon Odette had made me realize that life is too short and I should be keeping myself healthy and spending more time with my family. That being said, I am hoping to get a day shift job. The night shift has not been healthy for me anymore.

⦁ Customer Service Representative for Verizon FIOS in the US The services that we offer are Verizon Internet, TV, and Digital Voice phone. ⦁ My role is to answer account-related questions from customers such as billing, products, services, and contract renewals. I also do basic troubleshooting for their services if they have no internet or the cable box isn't working using various tools. Once I resolve their issue that's the time that I do the up-selling such as upgrading their internet speed, bundling with other services, and renewing their contracts by offering a much better deal and lowering their monthly bill.
