Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities: Order Importation: Import all new orders for a set of 3-5 clients on a daily basis. Log into ECS every 30 minutes to check for new client orders. Data Entry and Tracking: Input orders into spreadsheets, adding specific tracking URLs, clicks ordered, and targeting information. Activate each order across 3-4 different media platforms (training documentation will be provided). Campaign Monitoring: Check fill percentages every 15 minutes after order activation. Pause campaigns in various platforms once orders have reached 100% fill. Volume Management: Manage and monitor over 500+ campaigns per day. Ensure immediate activation of orders as they come into ECS, with continual monitoring both day and night.
